Cranes of Savannah

When we lived in Seattle I was always amazed by the huge cranes that inhabit the city's port area just south of downtown. While we were visiting Savannah we took a brief drive over to South Carolina and on our drive back we noticed the gigantic cranes that serve the Savannah port. The port is north of the city and if you just visit Savannah's favorite tourist spots you would never even know that they are there unpacking the huge container ships that arrive.
